As the years passed, popcorn remained part of life's joyful rituals. Family movie nights always meant popcorn, and that simple tradition carried forward into adulthood.
When Amber and Sean met and later married, they discovered they shared the same love for food that brings people together. Popcorn quickly became one of their favorite daily ritualsāsomething they still enjoy nearly every day.
Amber has been making caramel corn for friends and family for decades. For years, people told her, "You should bag this up and sell it." Eventually, they decided to see where that idea might lead.
At the same time, Sean's love of cooking for others continued to grow. Preparing food became a way to care for the people around him, and the kitchen quickly became one of his favorite places to be. Nothing brings him greater joy than seeing smiles appear when someone tastes something unexpectedly delicious.
Those two passions came together to create Fireside Popcorn.
Today, every flavor is crafted in small batches in New Bern, North Carolina. Whether sweet and nostalgic or bold and unexpected, our goal is simple: create flavor experiences that people remember and moments that linger.
