What's the minimum order?
Custom favor bags start at a 50-bag minimum. Gift box and specialty packaging minimums depend on the configuration and customization requested.
How far in advance should we order?
The earlier we can start the conversation, the more flexibility we'll have with packaging and customization. Lead time varies by order size and packaging, so share your event date with us and we'll confirm a production timeline.
Can we taste flavors before committing to a larger order?
Yes. For qualifying corporate, venue, and larger event orders, tasting samples are available so you can choose flavors with confidence.
Do you deliver?
Local delivery is available in the New Bern area, and nationwide shipping is available for qualifying orders. Delivery or shipping costs will be included in your quote when applicable.
Can orders be custom-branded?
Custom labels and branding are available on select favor bags and gift-box configurations. We'll recommend the best option based on your quantity, budget, timeline, and desired presentation.
Is this different from the Fundraising program?
Yes. Fundraising with Fireside is a revenue-share program for schools, nonprofits, and community organizations selling Fireside to their supporters. Events & Corporate Gifts is for planners, venues, companies, and individuals purchasing Fireside directly for an event, client, guest, or gifting program.
